There is no longer a clear game-plan for the future of careers. Technology is changing so rapidly that it is difficult for people to navigate an uncertain work landscape. This workshop offers employees an opportunity to evaluate their careers, identify what motivates them and provides tools for developing personal competencies which in turn ensure career sustainability and psychological flexibility.
This workshop can be a quick 1.5hr overview or a longer and deeper process to really help employees develop the resilience and career clarity required. The workshops are based on current career development theories which place the emphasis on personal responsibility and personal development with the aim to improving work engagement and performance.
Workplaces are transforming the way they do business. The impacts of disruption on the way we work and how we interact with colleagues can test us personally and interpersonally. Organisations are realising that it is not only helpful to discuss resilience but to also encourage and grow psychological flexibility in their people.
This workshop can offer 1.5hr overview or a longer and deeper process to really help employees develop the resilience and agility managers are asking for in their employees. The workshop is based on developing psychological flexibility theory using the ACT (Acceptance Commitment Training) model to help employees to accept the situation and make a commitment to practicing strategies that work. Like all our workshops, the emphasis is on personal responsibility and personal development.
