The workshops are based on current career development theories which place the emphasis on personal responsibility and personal development with the aim to improving work engagement and performance.

Organisations are realising that it is not only helpful to discuss resilience but to also encourage and grow psychological flexibility in their people.

The workshop is based on developing psychological flexibility theory using the ACT (Acceptance Commitment Training) model to help employees to accept the situation and make a commitment to practicing strategies that work. Like all our workshops, the emphasis is on personal responsibility and personal development.
